Room Detail & Lake House Rates
Westridge Lake House is a three bedroom, year round lake home. The house is available to rent by the day or the week, September through May for all of your Fall and Winter activities. The house is available to rent by week only - Saturday through Saturday - June through August. The house sleeps six. The weekly rate is $800. There is a $10 per person, per night charge for each additional person. A deposit of $150 reserves your week, the balance plus a 5.5% county sales tax is due before arrival.

Georgeous Views
The front room has 3 walls of windows. There is a door that opens to a small deck with stairs leading to the lake. The room offers ample seating with 2 swivel chairs, a leather recliner and 2 sofas. A TV, DVD and cable are included.

The home offers 3 bed rooms. There are 2 rooms off the kitchen - queen and full. There is another bedroom off the frontroom - full. Each room has a closet and additional storage. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Self Service Kitchen
The kitchen has a table that seats 4. It is equipt with a gas oven and cook top, refridgerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and coffee maker. There are pots, pans, plates, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Come on in and make yourself at home!
Bathroom
New Tile Shower
The bathroom has been remodeled with a new tile shower surround and base. It has a single sink with medecine cabinet. There is additional storage under the sink. The bathroom does not have a bathtub.
